My method
Always the same: audit before touching anything, secure with tests, ship code any developer can pick up after me. That's also how I build from scratch when needed — Clean Architecture (WealCome & Ancyr Academy training), Docker, CI/CD. Backend in PHP or Python, frontend in TypeScript (React, SvelteKit).
